Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer specializing in Angular development, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications within an agile, remote team environment, focusing on high-performance, reliable, and secure solutions for the ecommerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product features through requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Ensure web application code quality and structure meet standards.
- Coordinate workflows with UX designers and backend engineers on API design.
- Take ownership of problems, propose scalable solutions, and anticipate potential issues.
- Consider scalability, security, performance, and maintainability in engineering tasks.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to improve ecommerce products.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous codebase improvement.
Requirements
- 3 years commercial experience in Software Development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong expertise in UI development with Angular and Express AngularSSR
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (JS), TypeScript (TS), HTML, CSS, and NPM
- Experience with Web Api, Restful architecture, and Microservices
- Experience in modern SDLC methodology, such as CI/CD, Unit testing, and end-to-end testing
- Experience working within an Agile team
- Demonstrated ability to self-teach and up-skill
- Outstanding communication skills, primarily the ability to communicate ideas clearly
