Job Description
A Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining a privacy-first compliance automation platform using Django, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. The role involves working across the full tech stack, collaborating in an agile environment, and driving innovation to improve workflows and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a compliance automation platform as a category leader.
- Develop and ensure secure, scalable integrations across the full tech stack from backend APIs to frontend interfaces.
- Innovate by automating workflows, enhancing recommendations, and improving user experience.
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Improve product quality by analyzing feedback and usage data to implement enhancements.
- Initiate and lead projects to improve development quality, delivery speed, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on web applications.
- Experience with software testing and QA practices.
- Strong technical knowledge in Backend Python Django, FastAPI, Frontend React.js, TypeScript, and Infrastructure AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter.
- Experience working across the full tech stack from backend APIs to frontend interfaces ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and a passion for building impactful products.
