Job Description
The Director of Product Management for Power at Xpansiv is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the Power division, collaborating across teams to drive business growth and deliver value in the energy transition market.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Xpansiv's Power division
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and growth
- Drive business growth by developing products that deliver value to clients
- Apply modern product management practices with a customer-centric approach
- Contribute individually to product development, with potential for future team management
Requirements
- Experience in shaping and executing product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a division or business unit, specifically within the energy or environmental commodities market.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within and across business units, including architecture, technical, marketing, and sales teams.
- Deep understanding of modern product management practices and customer-centric innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working as an individual contributor with the potential for future people management responsibilities.
- Relevant skills and experience in product management, technology, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and delivering value to clients.
- Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to product management or the energy/environmental commodities sector.
- Compensation expectations aligned with a range of $180,000 to $210,000, considering geographic location, skills, experience, knowledge, education, and training.
