Job Description
A Project Management Intern role focused on supporting large-scale registry migration projects within a technology and operations environment, providing hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration under mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination efforts for a large-scale registry technology migration initiative
- Organize and track progress across project workstreams
- Assist project leaders in maintaining organization and alignment
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for workstream sessions
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
- Track assigned tasks and support adherence to project timelines
- Maintain project documentation using collaboration tools
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program
- Interest in project management, technology, or operations within a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details across multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with common productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, meeting notes, and task trackers
- Ability to support ongoing project coordination efforts for a large scale registry technology migration initiative
- Ability to assist with organizing and tracking progress across defined project workstreams
- Ability to prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for workstream sessions
- Ability to capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
- Ability to track assigned tasks and support timeline adherence
- Ability to maintain project documentation using internal project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet or equivalent
