Job Description
A summer internship supporting the sales team by analyzing workflows and implementing AI and automation solutions to improve sales productivity using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current sales workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains through AI and automation
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations teams to understand daily processes and pain points
- Design and document practical AI use cases, including prompts, workflows, and playbooks using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools
- Support pilot initiatives by assessing impact, usability, and adoption of AI solutions
- Develop user-friendly documentation and guidance to facilitate sales enablement and change adoption
- Assist with additional sales operations, reporting, or analysis projects as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and improving business productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Collaborative mindset, learning agility, and a results oriented approach
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour for undergraduate students, $30-$35 per hour for graduate students
