A summer internship supporting the sales team by analyzing workflows and implementing AI and automation solutions to improve sales productivity using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current sales workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains through AI and automation
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations teams to understand daily processes and pain points
Design and document practical AI use cases, including prompts, workflows, and playbooks using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools
Support pilot initiatives by assessing impact, usability, and adoption of AI solutions
Develop user-friendly documentation and guidance to facilitate sales enablement and change adoption
Assist with additional sales operations, reporting, or analysis projects as needed
Requirements
Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and improving business productivity
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Collaborative mindset, learning agility, and a results oriented approach
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour for undergraduate students, $30-$35 per hour for graduate students
