Job Description
The Associate, Client Success is responsible for providing client services, onboarding new client assets, and ensuring accurate payments through the company's systems, while working cross-functionally and communicating complex information clearly to support the company's environmental commodities market platform.

- Provide client services and support onboarding of new client assets
- Ensure clients are paid accurately through the company's systems
- Work cross-functionally with team members to complete tasks on time and error-free
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients
Requirements
- Providing client services and onboarding new clients' assets to ensure they are being paid appropriately through the company's systems
- Working cross-functionally and with other team members to ensure that work is completed on time and without errors
- Possessing acute communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into an easy-to-understand format for various clients
Benefits & Perks
Compensation salary range of $58,000 to $62,000 (region-specific)
