Job Description
The Senior Client Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, leading project teams, and driving growth by creating customized water and environmental solutions in the wastewater and water sectors, primarily in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs
- Lead the creation and delivery of customized water and environmental solutions
- Coordinate internal teams to develop and implement client projects
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to expand deployed solutions
- Drive client satisfaction and project success to support company growth objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, business development, or related roles within water, wastewater, or environmental consulting industries.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, capture new business opportunities, and develop plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions.
- Curiosity about client needs and self-motivation to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions.
- Ability to develop and direct client accounts and strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and business development activities.
- Location preference for Southern California or willingness to work in that region.
