Job Description
The Senior Client Manager role involves developing and maintaining client relationships within the natural energy and mining sectors, driving business growth through tailored solutions and external client development, and working collaboratively to address complex client needs in a specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships in the natural energy and mining sectors.
- Identify and understand client needs to tailor solutions that ensure success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to form appropriate project teams and solutions.
- Implement plans to grow the number and impact of solutions deployed within each client account.
- Drive sales growth through client development and strategic partnership building.
- Work with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs with innovative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in natural energy and mining, particularly in precious metals, uranium, rare metals, and non-power production energy.
- Experience in externally focused client development and building client relationships.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and implement plans to grow the number and impact of solutions deployed in each account.
- Experience working with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs through problem-solving and generating new ideas.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business development, marketing of private sector clients, attend conferences and events held by professional organizations, and support business planning and team building events throughout the year.
- Proven ability to identify and understand client needs and pair solutions to create success.
- Self-motivated to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions for client success.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to succeed in a highly visible role both within and outside the firm, demonstrating professionalism and strategic thinking.
