Job Description
A senior-level role responsible for developing and managing client relationships within the Food and Beverage sector, providing water and environmental solutions, leading client service teams, and driving strategic account growth for a national engineering and consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead client service teams in the Food and Beverage sector.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and grow strategic client accounts to expand service reach and impact.
- Drive the design and delivery of water and environmental solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to facilitate client development.
- Capture new business opportunities and contribute to marketplace presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling water and environmental solutions into the Food and Beverage market sector.
- Deep expertise in the industrial Food and Beverage environmental services market.
- Current market insight and a strong presence in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Ability to drive strategic design and delivery for clients in the Food and Beverage sector.
- Experience in developing and leading client service teams composed of professionals from both the Consulting and Operations Maintenance divisions of the firm.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and pair solutions to create success.
- Experience working with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs through problem-solving and generating innovative ideas.
- Strong external focus and curiosity about client needs, with the ability to build internal relationships to form effective teams.
- Responsibility for developing and directing client accounts, capturing opportunities, and growing the reach and impact of services.
- Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships in a nationwide scope.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, sales, or related roles in the environmental or water solutions industry.
- Educational background in engineering, environmental science, or related field (implied, as the role involves technical solutions and strategic design).
