Job Description
The Senior Client Manager in Environmental Services for Food & Beverage at Woodard Curran is responsible for developing and leading client relationships, selling water and environmental solutions, and managing strategic accounts within the industry, all while leading cross-divisional teams and delivering tailored, innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead client service teams in the Food and Beverage environmental sector
- Identify and understand client needs to tailor solutions and create success
- Engage directly with clients to build relationships and drive strategic account growth
- Develop and manage client accounts, capturing new opportunities and expanding service impact
- Work with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs through problem-solving and innovative ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience in the industrial Food and Beverage environmental services market, with current market insight and a strong presence in the industry.
- Ability to drive strategic design and delivery for clients in the Food and Beverage sector.
- Experience in selling water and environmental solutions into the Food and Beverage market sector.
- Ability to develop and lead client service teams composed of professionals from both the Consulting and Operations Maintenance divisions of the firm.
- Experience in developing and directing client accounts, capturing opportunities, and growing the reach and impact of services.
- Deep understanding of client needs and the ability to pair solutions to create success.
- Experience working with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs through problem-solving and innovative ideas.
- Strong external focus and curiosity about client needs, with the ability to build strong internal relationships to form effective teams.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique requirements.
- Excellent client development skills, including developing and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships across a nationwide geographic area.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and leading with purpose.
