Job Description

A senior role focused on leading client service teams and developing business in water and wastewater sectors for municipalities, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships, driving growth, and showcasing innovative project delivery methods within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-performing client service teams serving water and wastewater municipalities
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and foster relationships
  • Create and implement plans to grow client accounts and expand project impact
