Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and lead the delivery of innovative software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborating with internal departments to improve organizational efficiency, insights, and decision-making while providing technical guidance and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, .NET, Power Platform, Power BI).
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop applications that enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and leadership to build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Empower developers and citizen developers through mentorship and technical support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, .NET, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide hands-on technical guidance and build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Experience collaborating with internal departments such as Finance, HR, I.S., and Consulting Practice to design and deliver applications that improve efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
- Ability to empower both developers and citizen developers through technical guidance and leadership.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, or related field (implied but not explicitly specified).
- Experience in designing and delivering software applications that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead software engineering projects and teams effectively.
