Job Description

The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and lead the delivery of innovative software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborating with internal departments to improve organizational efficiency, insights, and decision-making while providing technical guidance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, .NET, Power Platform, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop applications that enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and leadership to build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
  • Empower and mentor both developers and citizen developers in the development process.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering innovative, high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, .NET, Power Platform, and Power BI.
  • Strong leadership skills to provide hands-on technical guidance and lead the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Information Systems, and Consulting Practice to design and deliver applications that improve efficiency, insights, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Proficiency in building solutions that empower both developers and citizen developers.
  • Experience in designing and delivering applications that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
