Job Description
The Groundwater Modeler will develop and manage water resources modeling and planning projects, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver innovative solutions for groundwater-related challenges across California and Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and deliver water resources modeling and planning projects.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholder groups, and project teams to develop innovative groundwater solutions.
- Manage successful project teams working on groundwater-related projects.
Requirements
- Experience in the water resources field, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to challenging groundwater-related projects and manage successful project teams.
- Ability to collaborate with state, federal, and local clients to develop, execute, and deliver water resources modeling and planning projects across California and Florida.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholder groups, and project teams.
- Experience working in a flexible work environment with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule, and willingness to travel up to 20% within California.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), and/or Certified Hydrogeologist (CHG) certification.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment if required (implied by the nature of fieldwork, though not explicitly stated).
