Job Description

The position involves leading and managing biosolids treatment and disposal projects, providing technical expertise, developing client relationships, and staying current with regulations and technologies in the field of biosolids management within a remote, nationwide role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage biosolids treatment and disposal projects
  • Provide technical expertise on biosolids treatment and disposal
  • Maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
  • Supervise project teams
  • Prepare reports and proposals
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and regulations related to biosolids
  • Represent the company in industry and professional organizations
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of biosolids treatment and disposal regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with biosolids management practices.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing biosolids treatment and disposal projects.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise on biosolids treatment and disposal.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Supervisory experience leading project teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and proposals related to biosolids projects.
  • Ability to stay current on emerging technologies and regulations in biosolids management.
  • Experience representing a company in industry and professional organizations.
  • Ability to oversee and lead biosolids treatment and disposal projects ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Location flexibility to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel nationally 20-25% to support regional opportunities and attend/present at national, state, and local conferences.
