Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving partner requests, and providing seamless support to partners using Insider's SaaS platform, while also advocating for customer feedback to improve products and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for partners
  • Find resolutions for partner requests
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions
  • Support partners in overcoming technical challenges and expanding to the platform
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team
  • Meet SLAs related to response time and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Support seamless experiences for partners by troubleshooting technical issues, finding resolutions for partner requests, reviewing partner queries, and finding creative solutions that streamline their requirements.
  • Support the expansion of partners to the Insider platform by leveraging knowledge to help partners overcome technical struggles.
  • Contribute to building innovative products by advocating for partners through taking their feedback and sharing it with the Product team to improve processes and product offerings.
  • Meet important Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as response time and lead time for issue resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
  • Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
