Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer will play a key role in the Operational Excellence Team by providing support to partners using the company's products and services, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own support processes with partners using Insider's products and services
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners
- Communicate effectively with partners to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- The candidate must be an excellent communicator with solid problem-solving skills.
- The candidate should have experience supporting products and services in a technical support environment.
- The candidate must be able to play a crucial role in the Operational Excellence Team that owns support processes with partners using the company's products and services.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively within a team that values meaningful goals, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
