Job Description
A Junior Software QA Tester responsible for ensuring the quality and smooth operation of software platforms by solving technical issues and supporting partner success within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform software quality assurance testing on web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and improve product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong understanding of software quality assurance and testing processes, with the ability to solve complex issues and support platform stability.
- Ability to work as part of a team providing technical support behind the scenes, ensuring high-quality service and partner success.
- Familiarity with test automation on web, mobile, and desktop platforms, preferably using open-source-based, enterprise-ready testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and support partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in solving real problems.
- This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or someone with junior-level experience, indicating a requirement for foundational knowledge or entry-level skills in software testing and quality assurance.
