Job Description
A Senior Security Engineer - Red Team responsible for identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities through simulated attacks, working with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct red team security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Simulate cyberattack scenarios to test the organization's security defenses.
- Develop and execute penetration testing plans and methodologies.
- Analyze security weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with security and development teams to improve security posture.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Security Engineer - Red Team or in a similar cybersecurity role with a focus on offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
- Proven ability to identify, exploit, and remediate security vulnerabilities in complex systems and networks.
- Solid understanding of security assessment methodologies, tools, and techniques used in red team operations.
- Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud environments relevant to security testing.
- Ability to develop and execute attack simulations to test the security posture of systems and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to simulate real-world attack scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and present security assessments to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or equivalent are preferred.
- Physical ability to perform security assessments that may require working in various environments or handling hardware components.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a global team in an agile environment.
