Job Description
A Senior Digital Designer at Insider will create engaging digital marketing assets and brand visuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and support company growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital marketing assets that adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create visual content
- Develop innovative design solutions to communicate product benefits and build brand awareness
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Digital Designer or similar role with a focus on brand and marketing design.
- Ability to partner closely with designers, marketing team, and development team including the Global Creative Director, Marketing Leadership Team, and Regional Marketing Managers across regions to design engaging creative assets.
- Proficiency in creating digital marketing assets that adhere to creative brand standards.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how to develop assets for them.
- Creative and passionate about design with the ability to develop innovative design solutions that communicate how the product makes customers' working lives easier.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing tasks, priorities, and projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and problems to create effective design solutions.
- Experience working across a variety of digital marketing channels, with a focus on digital marketing assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development teams.
- Experience in building brand awareness through creative design to drive sales and growth.
