Job Description
A Senior Digital Designer at Insider will create innovative digital marketing assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness, and develop engaging visual solutions that communicate the company's value to its customers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital marketing assets that adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create visual content
- Develop innovative design solutions to communicate product benefits and enhance brand awareness
Requirements
- Experience as a digital designer with a focus on brand and marketing design, demonstrating the ability to create engaging creative assets that build brand awareness and drive sales and growth.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing tasks, priorities, and projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to develop digital marketing assets that adhere to creative brand standards.
- Partnering experience with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing teams, development teams, Global Creative Director, Marketing Leadership Team, and Regional Marketing Managers to design engaging creative solutions.
- Proven ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and problems to create innovative design solutions that communicate how the product makes their working lives easier.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across regions.
