Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts for a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-driven customer experience and marketing solutions, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads in Vietnam.
- Engage with prospects through outreach to generate interest in the company's products.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and customer insights.
Requirements
- Native Vietnamese speaker with proficiency in Vietnamese language.
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a clear understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and be available to join the team on-site.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about B2B SaaS products and digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience or familiarity with digital growth strategies, lead generation, or customer engagement is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
