Job Description
The Inventory Analyst role involves analyzing global inventory data to provide insights, optimize supply chain processes, and support strategic decision-making to ensure inventory health and alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze global inventory pipeline to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor inventory health and performance
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Reverse Logistics teams to ensure inventory visibility and alignment
- Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain to support inventory optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory analytics and processes
- Present key findings and insights to stakeholders to inform business strategies
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- A solid understanding of supply chain best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions by analyzing Pure's global inventory pipeline.
- Experience in developing and maintaining key metrics, dashboards, and reports to track inventory health and performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Reverse Logistics to ensure inventory visibility and alignment.
- Willingness to work from the Hanoi office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
