The Inventory Analyst role involves analyzing global inventory data to provide insights, develop metrics and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze global inventory pipeline to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor inventory health and performance
Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Reverse Logistics teams to ensure inventory visibility and alignment
Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain to support inventory optimization
Drive continuous improvement in inventory analytics and processes
Present key findings and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
A solid understanding of supply chain best practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work from the Hanoi office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
