Job Description
This internship role is within the People and Culture - Recruitment Team at Insider, focusing on supporting the recruitment process to identify and attract top talent across multiple regions and functions, while helping to uphold the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting for various positions across multiple regions and functions
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
- Must be able to perform the responsibilities of a Long Term Intern for the Recruitment Team, including supporting recruitment processes and contributing to hiring efforts.
- Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and engage with candidates and team members.
- Must be willing to commit to a long-term internship position, indicating a sustained engagement over a period of time.
- Must be able to work in a multicultural environment, as the team operates across multiple regions and countries.
- Must demonstrate a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a People and Culture team focused on hiring, training, and retaining talent.
- Must be able to handle responsibilities related to supporting the recruitment process in a fast-paced, agile environment.
