Job Description
The Partnership Director is responsible for driving growth by developing and managing strategic channel partnerships, supporting go-to-market strategies, and enabling collaboration across teams to maximize mutual business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with channel partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies
- Drive partner selection, onboarding, and enablement processes
- Manage and grow business through and with channel partners in the assigned region
- Develop a thorough understanding of Insider's product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to facilitate collaboration and mutual growth
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth
- Experience in supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with channel partners
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies and programs
- Experience in driving partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and business transactions with channel partners in the designated region
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively
- Ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals
