Job Description
The Implementation Solution Architect is responsible for providing seamless onboarding and implementation support for partners, leveraging their technical and strategic skills to ensure the efficient deployment of Insider's AI-driven customer experience and marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless onboarding for partners
- Assist with the implementation of Insider products
- Solve technical and strategic problems during onboarding and implementation
- Ensure partners are onboarded efficiently to maximize product utilization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role involving implementation and onboarding of partners, with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and assisting with implementation of SaaS products.
- Strong technical background and skills relevant to SaaS platforms, customer experience, marketing technology, or related fields.
- Ability to be a problem-solver and strategic thinker, ensuring partners are flawlessly onboarded for maximum efficiency of Insider products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a diverse, international team.
