Job Description
The Implementation Solution Architect is responsible for providing seamless onboarding and implementation support to partners, leveraging their technical and strategic skills to ensure the effective deployment of Insider's SaaS platform and maximize product efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless onboarding for partners and assist with implementation of Insider products
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the onboarding process
- Act as a strategic and technical problem solver to ensure partner success and product efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role involving implementation and onboarding of partners, with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and assisting with implementation of SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities to ensure Partners are flawlessly onboarded for maximum efficiency of Insider products.
- Technical background and skills relevant to SaaS platforms, customer experience, marketing technology, or related fields.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support during onboarding and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams during implementation and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a team of diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
