Job Description
A Financial Controller role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning within a dynamic and innovative SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and supervise accounting operations and financial transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior financial management role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience managing and overseeing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports accurately and timely.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (specific systems not specified but implied as necessary).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with executive management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, implying flexibility and adaptability to both remote and on-site work settings.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform responsibilities associated with financial management, including attention to detail and accuracy.
