The Deliverability Specialist role involves managing SMS and WhatsApp marketing services, overseeing all aspects of SMS marketing for clients, and developing standard operating procedures to support client communication strategies.

- Develop standard operating procedures for SMS marketing activities
- Collaborate with team members to support client communication strategies
Requirements
- Oversee all aspects of SMS marketing for clients, including providing effective SMS WhatsApp (WA) services that support existing client offerings.
- Develop standard operating procedures for SMS marketing and WhatsApp services.
- Work in close collaboration with the team to deliver SMS and WhatsApp marketing services.
- Possess a thorough understanding of SMS and WhatsApp marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to manage and execute SMS and WhatsApp campaigns effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures related to SMS and WhatsApp marketing.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to support and enhance existing SMS and WhatsApp marketing services provided to clients.
