Job Description
The Customer Success Manager at Insider is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success by managing relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving growth for a portfolio of customers within a leading AI-native B2B SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer accounts to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Provide training and onboarding to new customers to maximize platform utilization
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, preferably in B2B environments, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
