Job Description
A Customer Success Manager responsible for building long-term client relationships, driving product adoption, and providing tailored support and training to clients across Spain, Italy, and Portugal within a leading AI-native MarTech platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients across Spain, Italy, and Portugal
- Proactively drive product adoption and demonstrate measurable value to clients
- Translate customer needs into actionable solutions and guidance
- Anticipate challenges and support clients to ensure high platform usage and value realization
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover goals and deliver tailored guidance
- Provide expert consultation on best practices, deliver training, and surface relevant use cases
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Italian and Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
- Experience in building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactive approach to driving product adoption and delivering measurable value to clients.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong autonomy and initiative to proactively engage with busy stakeholders, uncover their goals, and deliver tailored guidance.
- Experience in providing expert consultation on best practices, delivering training, surfacing relevant use cases, and ensuring high platform usage and value realization.
