Job Description
The Customer Implementation Enablement Manager is responsible for guiding clients through onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring successful adoption of the company's AI-driven SaaS platform by understanding client needs, managing projects, and providing technical support to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition clients from sales to onboarding and platform implementation
- Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- Manage project delivery to ensure timely onboarding
- Provide technical guidance and support during setup and integration
- Ensure complete and successful platform adoption by clients
- Design and recommend optimal solutions for client data and application environment integration
- Enable and empower clients to utilize the platform's full potential
Requirements
- Experience in managing client onboarding, implementation, or project delivery within a SaaS or technology environment, with a focus on ensuring smooth and timely platform adoption.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization for clients.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to provide guidance on platform setup, integration, and optimal solution design, including understanding of client application environments and data.
- Ability to understand and analyze client business requirements and use-cases to support tailored implementation and integration solutions.
