Job Description
The Client Success Manager at Insider is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with the company's SaaS platform, and driving partner satisfaction across multiple regions through strategic and analytical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support partner relationships across multiple regions.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure their success with the platform.
- Implement best practices and strategies to maximize partner satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client success or account management role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to form and nurture relationships across multiple regions and with diverse clients.
- Strong analytical thinking and collaboration skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to drive client success.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems quickly and effectively, acting as a master problem solver.
- Strategic and methodological approach to client success, with a focus on implementing best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility.
- Experience working with or understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably in Customer Experience and Marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and manage client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a harmonious team, contributing to shared goals and success.
