Job Description
The Chatbot Integration Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and implementation of the company's AI-driven customer experience platform, ensuring smooth adoption, technical setup, and optimal integration to maximize client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition clients from sales to onboarding and platform implementation
- Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- Manage project delivery to ensure timely onboarding
- Provide technical guidance and support during setup
- Design and recommend optimal solutions for platform integration
- Ensure complete platform adoption and client confidence in the system
- Enable clients to utilize the platform's full potential
Requirements
- Experience in managing client onboarding, implementation, or project delivery within a SaaS or technology environment, with a focus on customer success or technical onboarding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to ensure smooth, timely, and complete platform adoption by clients.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to provide technical guidance to clients during setup and integration processes.
- Ability to understand and analyze client application environments and data to support optimal solution design and integration recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to support clients through setup and ensure client confidence in their new system.
- Proficiency in understanding client business requirements and use-cases to facilitate effective onboarding and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with clients, combining technical expertise and project management principles to support platform integration.
- Fluency in Arabic language, as the role requires an Arabic speaker to communicate effectively with clients in Arabic.
