Job Description
The Cash Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity, and financial risk strategies to support the company's financial operations and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Oversee cash forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage banking relationships and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls related to treasury activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash treasury management or a similar finance role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management practices.
- Experience in managing cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CTP) are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a treasury team or function within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with treasury management software and financial systems is required.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to treasury operations.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment, if applicable.
