Job Description

A customer-facing technical support role within a fast-growing SaaS company, responsible for resolving partner requests, managing technical relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless platform operations and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize platform operations
  • Manage technical relationships to ensure partner support and success
  • Communicate effectively to deliver top-tier customer experiences
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide impactful solutions
  • Gather partner feedback to improve products
  • Meet SLAs with prompt responses and resolution of issues

Requirements

  • Customer-Facing Experience: 2 years in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
  • Account Management Expertise: Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Istanbul and able to work on-site.
  • Technical Support Skills: Ability to address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions.
  • Feedback Collection Skills: Gather insights from partners to help improve the product.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance: Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills.
