Job Description
The AI Product Manager will lead the development and vision of innovative B2B SaaS marketing products, leveraging AI and data-driven strategies to create impactful customer engagement solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new product ideas and set the vision for the product portfolio.
- Use data, research, and strategy to direct development and design teams.
- Make decisions on product features, releases, and innovations to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, with the ability to make important responsibilities and learn from mistakes without getting blamed.
- Ability to make decisions and set direction while motivating and inspiring people around you to follow you in that direction (leadership skills).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of transmitting complex information to different audiences clearly and effectively, and talented in reaching the information you need from others.
- Natural problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding solutions to complex problems and a motivation that excites you when solving them.
- Ability to work well with others, help team members when needed, give and receive constructive feedback, and handle personal conflicts professionally (teamwork skills).
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to gather information from many sources to make better-informed decisions on guiding and improving products and services.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement, actively seeking out change and new opportunities.
- Willingness to take ownership and pride in your work, with the ability to see the big picture and take risks when necessary.
- Experience in working with data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide development and design teams toward a common goal.
- Ability to develop and set a vision for a growing family of products, guiding development and design teams accordingly.
- Experience in making tough decisions, releasing new features, and creating innovative products that bring ease and joy to users.
- Ability to serve as a diplomat of the team, effectively communicating and reaching the information you need from team members and stakeholders.
