Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for managing client renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal processes and manage contract negotiations with high-level stakeholders
- Identify and create expansion and MRR increase opportunities within accounts
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure account satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
- Discover stakeholder needs and match them with Insider product suites
- Conduct business reviews and nurture sponsors to maintain strong relationships
Requirements
- Experience in driving renewal, creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities, and managing high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
- Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and be the primary contact of the executives.
- Proven experience in contract negotiations, including price negotiations.
- Experience in discovering all stakeholders and their needs to be matched with Insider product suites.
- Experience in conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including nurturing sponsors and managing high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage account bases effectively and drive growth through renewals and expansion opportunities.
