Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for managing client renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction within a leading B2B SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and stakeholder relationships
- Drive contract renewals and create expansion opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and serve as primary contact for executives
- Identify stakeholder needs and match them with Insider product suites
- Conduct business reviews and oversee renewal processes
Requirements
- Experience in driving renewal processes and creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities within client accounts.
- Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for executives across all account bases.
- Proven experience in contract negotiations, including setting and adjusting contract terms and prices.
- Experience in discovering all stakeholders and their needs to match with Insider product suites.
- Ability to coordinate with Customer Success Managers and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in conducting Business Reviews with clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including nurturing sponsors and managing relationships at the executive level.
