Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth within the company's SaaS platform, focusing on delivering personalized customer experience solutions and contributing to the company's overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients in Taiwan.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings in Taiwan.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a complete understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of the Account Director role, including reporting to the Commercial Director.
- The candidate must have experience in sales, specifically in managing client relationships and driving growth within a B2B SaaS environment.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of success in a senior sales or account management role, demonstrating the ability to manage key accounts and develop strategic client relationships.
- The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- The candidate must have the ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with location based in Taipei, Taiwan, and be able to adapt to a flexible working schedule.
- The candidate must have full-time employment status and be available to work in a full-time capacity.
