Job Description
A Senior Professional Engineer Project Manager responsible for leading the design of complex transportation infrastructure projects, managing client relationships, business development, and contributing to project success within a hybrid work environment in the Greater Seattle area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex transportation infrastructure projects
- Manage project teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
- Coordinate with clients, agency representatives, and project stakeholders
- Develop and deliver proposals and client presentations
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to advance services and business development efforts
- Ensure projects are optimized for cost efficiency and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Must have experience leading projects for designing complex, safe, and efficient transportation infrastructure systems.
- Must have a minimum of several years of professional engineering experience relevant to transportation infrastructure (specific years not provided but implied as senior level).
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Must be able to collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Surface Transportation Engineering to develop marketing plans, cultivate and maintain relations with clients and agency representatives, track prospective opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver client presentations.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment, with in-office presence on Monday and Friday and WFH from Tuesday to Thursday.
- Must complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
