Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing talent networks, promoting early professional opportunities, and enhancing the candidate experience to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions
- Participate in workforce planning and forecasting to develop talent acquisition strategies
- Establish and maintain a tailored talent network aligned with operational and strategic needs
- Promote student and early professional opportunities through campus engagement activities
- Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing campaigns
- Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding
Requirements
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Participate in workforce planning and forecasting to outline talent acquisition plans.
- Establish a tailored talent network that aligns with current operations and strategic objectives.
- Promote student and early professional opportunities during campus engagement activities and events.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Champion an engaging candidate journey from first touch through onboarding.
- Reside within a regular commuting distance of the Bloomington, MN location.
- Work in a position that requires a consistent in-office presence, with hybrid 3-2 work arrangements available.
- Occasionally travel locally or overnight to attend campus events, conduct on-site interviews, and visit regional office locations.
- Complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
