Job Description
The Senior People Business Partner is responsible for managing key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation, while partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
- Oversee a variety of HR operations and processes.
- Utilize data and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy.
Requirements
- Based near the headquarters in Seattle and able to commit to a hybrid schedule for more face-to-face interactions with team members.
- Deep experience in employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Knowledge needed to manage a variety of HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ambition to grow into more senior positions as the company scales.
