Job Description
The Project Manager in the Architecture Division oversees all phases of architectural projects from proposal to completion, managing scope, budgets, design processes, and construction administration to ensure high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initial proposal through final closeout
- Manage critical project phases including fee estimation, scope development, and consultant coordination
- Prepare and route comprehensive proposals
- Establish project frameworks and manage design processes
- Issue all required project deliverables
- Oversee construction administration to ensure successful project completion
Requirements

- Ability to prepare and route comprehensive proposals, establish project frameworks, manage design processes, and issue all required deliverables.
- Experience overseeing construction administration to ensure successful project completion that meets both client expectations and budget parameters.
- Proficiency in managing projects within a hybrid work environment, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and WFH on Monday and Friday.
- Educational background or professional experience sufficient to perform project management duties in architecture, engineering, or related fields (implied but not explicitly specified).
- Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
