Job Description
A Civil Site Design Professional Engineer responsible for managing and leading civil engineering projects from conception to construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and expanding their project management and technical leadership skills across various infrastructure and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil site design projects from conception through construction
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Take ownership of technical and financial aspects of projects
- Collaborate with teams on stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and campus development
Requirements
- Possession of a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license.
- Ability to manage projects from conception through construction.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to grow project management skills and begin to lead design efforts.
- Capability to mentor newer team members.
- Ownership of both technical and financial aspects of projects.
- Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
