Job Description
A Graduate Civil Engineer position focused on roadway and utility project design and construction, offering hands-on experience across all project phases within a collaborative, employee-owned firm. The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that benefit Minnesota communities, with a hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of roadway and utility project lifecycle from concept to construction
- Assist in designing roadway and utility projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Support project planning, design, and construction activities within the Twin Cities metro area and Minnesota
Requirements
- A motivated Graduate Civil Engineer with a passion for both design and construction.
- Involvement in every phase of the project life cycle, from initial concept through final construction, to gain hands-on experience.
- Ability to work alongside multi-disciplined engineering professionals including civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural design and planning professionals.
- Design experience or capability for a variety of roadway and utility projects within the Twin Cities metro area and throughout the State of Minnesota.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment, with in-office work scheduled for Monday and Friday, and remote work scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday.
- Successful completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment.
