Job Description
A Civil Engineering Specialist Designer responsible for utility design and management for rail infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment, and contributing to high-quality transportation infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide civil construction services for rail projects
- Design and manage utility projects including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems
- Contribute to the development of high-quality rail infrastructure projects
- Participate in team efforts to enhance transportation efficiency through infrastructure improvements
Requirements
- A Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of utility design experience.
- Experience in designing and managing utility projects, including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team including Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural professionals.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment with three days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days working from home (Monday and Friday).
- Successful completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
