Job Description
A sales-oriented role involving engaging customers in Lowe's stores to educate them about energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, and connecting them with Tetra's virtual home efficiency services to promote clean energy upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in Lowe's HVAC and appliance sections to promote energy-efficient heating and cooling options.
- Educate homeowners on Tetra's virtual home efficiency process.
- Capture customer details and schedule virtual follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional presence and achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in retail, in-store, door-to-door, telemarketing, or consultative selling background is strongly preferred.
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
- Flexible scheduling with weekend availability preferred.
