Job Description

A sales-oriented role involving engaging customers in Lowe's stores to educate them about energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, and connecting them with Tetra's virtual home efficiency services to promote clean energy upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers in Lowe's HVAC and appliance sections to promote energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions
Educate homeowners about Tetra's virtual home efficiency process
Capture customer details and schedule virtual follow-ups
Meet daily and weekly sales goals

Requirements

Proven sales experience in retail, in-store, door-to-door, telemarketing, or consultative selling background (strongly preferred).
Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
Flexible scheduling with weekend availability preferred.
