Job Description

A sales-oriented role involving engaging customers in Lowe's stores to educate them about energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, primarily heat pumps, and connecting them with virtual consultation services offered by Tetra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in Lowe's HVAC and appliance sections to promote energy-efficient heating and cooling options.
  • Educate homeowners about Tetra's virtual home efficiency process.
  • Capture customer details and schedule virtual follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in retail, in-store, door-to-door, telemarketing, or consultative selling background (strongly preferred)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, professional, and team-focused
  • Flexible scheduling with weekend availability preferred
